As E-LEARNING / Online Learning is not new to us, but we were not that much use of it. And students have been attending their classes / lectures through Screens i.e. through Online Learning. And with looming uncertainty about the future and not being able to pursue social activities due to the PANDEMIC, and it's possible that this has impacted academics.

As over 1 & 1/2 months are over that we are learning online, although some may have got use of it. But for some Online Learning might be even tougher than being in a classroom. As nothing is impossible.

To find a better place for your study work is the most important thing you must do. A comfortable place will really help you to concentrate on your lectures & studies. However most of us may be inclined to study on their bed or sofa; as it is not a Smart choice.

It can lead to bad body posture and also lead to an body ache. And not only this, but you might also fall asleep while studying on bed. If you have your study table then It's Great ! If NOT, find a proper and comfy place for yourself to study

🔘 Solution 2 : PAY ATTENTION TO LIGHTING 

Natural Lighting



Just like a proper place, a better light must be there while studying at home. So, make sure that whichever spot you pick as your study corner or study place must have plenty of natural light. As proper light will reduce your eyes strain and also help you to concentrate on your studies

And if your study time is at evening or at night, so you can find a spot directly under the light or you can use a table lamp. But don't keep the light too close where you are writing or reading. While it's important to have a study schedule, but you might find yourself in a rut sometimes. So, it's better to make some alterations in it. For instance, if you were used to studying early in the morning, but now because of these online lectures, you don't get time or may got bored or may feeling sleepy, then you can shift your study time to right after lunch or in the late evening. 
Hence, sometimes it is necessary for us to make slight changes in our schedule, to do our work in a better way.

🔘 Solution 4 : TAKE SOME MINI-BREAKS -


Break-Time



If you keep Studying for long hours without any breaks, you might get tired, bored and burn out. Hence, take some Mini-Breaks. You may make some yummy snacks, listen music, take a walk, spend time with your family and if you have a pet, relax in their company.

Taking Regular breaks



Taking some small breaks, will help you to feel fresh and will also increase your productiveness to do your work or study well. So take regular breaks.
