As doing exercise/normal workout plays an major role in development and growth🌱 of our body. It helps to be fit both Physically and Mentally🧠. 

As, Now due to this GLOBAL PANDEMIC - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)😷, the Government had closed all the Gyms and Workout Centers. As they are planning & trying to frame some guidelines to open all Gyms and very soon it will be opened for all.
But looking at current situation, those who were practicing daily Workout, they may be facing some issues, as for most of us this was only a common source to get motivated😊, due to this they feel energize⚡ and active throughout the day. 

So, you must try some simple home-workouts. As there are many home exercises that we may know & also several home workouts/exercises that are available on the web🌐 for your help and guidance. Now, here the main problem⚠️ arises, which one to choose ? OR Which Video is the best💯 ? As this is very important decision related to our health🍏 & hence picking up a right one is only the key to good health and better life. 

Let's see, how to select best home workout for you.

1. Space Required :


Space for workout


As the space is most important before starting some workouts. If you don't have enough space to do your workouts as directed in your video, may create a problem for you. At least look that you have enough space so that you can step forwards & back and move side-to-side. 

Choose a constant space, where you can perform your workout's regularly. Also be mindful of your neighbours🏘️ & especially the people living below you OR You can also try to search for low-impact or no impact exercises that don't involve jumping or spreading type of exercises.


2. Warm - up Sessions :

As every exercise/workout begins with an small warm-up sessions. As before starting main workout, there should be an quick warm-up session. As doing a small warm-up, it activates our body cells & you feel energize⚡ to move forward.

So, choose a video🎦 which starts with a small warm-up sessions. As now most of the home-workout video includes a warm-up session. But if your video doesn't include it, browse for a new one.

3. The Equipment :


Non-equipment workouts

As Gyms includes various equipments/machines, that helps to do workout/exercise more simple and flexible. But now due to this LOCKDOWN🔒, as we don't have all that type of equipments, although some may be having dumbbells🏋️ or other small equipments, but most of us don't have it. 

So, you can look for a non-equipment🚫 workouts. As there are many videos available on the web, so you can choose it as per your requirement or needs. By practicing it will involve Exercises using your body weight or every day objects you will find around the house.

Also there are floor exercises, but that may require a mat. If you don't have mat, look for standing workouts only. 


So, these are some easy and quick tips that will help you to find a best workout for you.
