As we all are fond of that, Lord Ganesha is said to be the deity of Creation & Intellect. Ganesha, the Lord of Wisdom, is the most loved form of Creation worshipped by people from all works of life. 1. Ganesha's Ears :
As Big Elephant Ears of our Favorite Ganesha (Bappa), signifies us to "LISTEN MORE". It teaches us a lesson that those who will Listen More will have the opportunity to Learn More. Hence, Ears of Ganesha signify the Importance of Listening.
2. Ganesha's Head :
As Ganesha has an unique face in an Elephant-headed Form which is loved by everyone of us. The Big Head of Ganesha is saying us to "THINK BIG". His unique Elephant Head symbolizes Intelligence and distinct brain or Mental power.
3. Ganesha's Eyes :
As very tiny and small eyes of our most loved Ganesha signifies the Importance of "CONCENTRATION". As Listening and Concentrating are inter-linked with each other and both are very important. It tells us to concentrate and look within to explore new opportunities and high possibilities of life.
4. Ganesha's Mouth :
Ganesha's small mouth signifies us to " TALK LESS". Also we know that, Words can create Magic. You may know or may have noticed the position of Ganesha's Legs. That one leg is resting on the ground & other one is raised. It is indicating way of living. As for human beings, both spiritual and social phases of life are important but here balance creates an issue. Here, Lord Ganesha's legs position signifies that "BALANCE".
8. Ganesha's Urdha Mark :
Urdha Mark is the Trishul we see on Ganesha's Forehead. Trishul is the weapon of Shiva which signifies "TIME". This symbol having on Ganesha's Forehead tells his mastery over time. As this Urdha Mark motivates us to work on our energies by performing YOGA & Exercises. And gain a type of mastery over our own life energies.
9. Ganesha's Arms :
Ganesha's Four Arms signifies the four inner attributes of subtle body. Here they are
1) "MANAS" means Mind.
2) "BUDDHI" means Intellect.
