As we all are fond of that, Lord Ganesha is said to be the deity of Creation & Intellect. Ganesha, the Lord of Wisdom, is the most loved form of Creation worshipped by people from all works of life. In this diversified culture of India, we have deities glorified for well-being of a different kind like wisdom, peace, wealth, happiness and so on.
As depicted in the Hindu Puranas, Ganesha is seen as the God of Sagacity & Foresight. As it is not just a Murthi or a statue, of an Elephant-headed form with four hands and big stomach. When we will look into depth, we will find that there is a very knowledgeable & awakening lesson for us to learn.
Lord Ganesha is an origin of learning with every body part of him conveying the profound lessons of life. As each element of Lord Ganesha's has it's own Spiritual Significance. And that's the reason, we bow down to him.

As Ganesha has an unique face in an Elephant-headed Form which is loved by everyone of us. The Big Head of Ganesha is saying us to "THINK BIG". His unique Elephant Head symbolizes Intelligence and distinct brain or Mental power.

9. Ganesha's Arms :

Ganesha's Four Arms signifies the four inner attributes of subtle body. Here they are

1) "MANAS" means Mind.
2) "BUDDHI" means Intellect.
3) "AHANKARA" means Ego
4) "CHITTA" means Consciousness.
