Now, due to this PANDEMIC - CORONAVIRUS 😷& LOCKDOWN PERIOD🔒, majority of the leading companies whether small or large scale are continuing their work flow in Work From Home💻 pattern only. This patterns helps company to never stop and move forward for new opportunities🙌. 
However, the Working-From-Home environment will be completely different from the environment we feel while we are working in our office. As, when working environment changes, it's operating process⚙️ also changes and it leads to many challenges / difficulties while working. When Working From Home, one must require a focused mind-set & willingness to complete all corporate tasks. So, Whether you are beginner🆕 or veteran💪 to the Work From Home scenario, you may also face various challenges while Working From Home.

So, while working there may be lots of family distractions going on, that will not able you to concentrate👁️ on your work. So, you should make sure that, you distinguish between both and give each one proper and sufficient attention.

As, when we are Working From Home, the surrounding environment may turn you feel lazy😩 and you may also be struggling to get work done. So, always try to motivate yourself whenever you feel you required it. However, You can motivate yourself by listening to an motivational song🎶 / speech📜 OR You can read an inspirational book📖 also OR You can also do some normal breathing exercises😌. This will help you to reduce your stress, frustration and helps to feel you +ve and also develops confidence in yourself.

However, every employee / worker was having a daily routine of going to his office / workplace everyday, but now due to this LOCKDOWN🔒, most of us are Working From Home. Even if they are working, they may not feel working atmosphere as they were experiencing at their workplace.

So, try to create a good working environment at your home with less distractions🤫. As you will be able to work with proper attention👀 & hence will also improve your productiveness📊.

As communication🗣️ is very important while working whether from home or working from office. As communication helps in smooth functioning of work. But as now we are Working From Home, there will be less source of medium for communication. As while working we spend more time on talking on Mobile phones📞 with our clients / partners related to our work. So, now due to this LOCKDOWN🔒, try to get full details and updates about your work through phone calls, video calls, e-mails📧, fax📠, etc whichever you prefer. So, while communicating make sure that there should be not be some connectivity issues while interacting with others.

Here, SOLITARY - means Feeling Alone. As, in our offices, we were surrounded by our colleagues and other staff members👥, so we were not feeling lonely. But, Now due to this CORONAVIRUS😷 & LOCKDOWN🔒, we are Working From Home, by sitting at one place for few hours, can make us Monotonous and also feel you lonely. So, look into that you doesn't fall into loneliness any try to interact with your family members👩‍👧‍👦 whenever required. As this is a great time to be with your family, so don't forget to enjoy it.

As, when Working From Home, there are too many Distractions going on that diverts our attention from our work. Distractions may be due to noise of T.V.📺, children's playing, altercations of neighbours / relative's, etc. So, try to create a good working space where there be less distractions that will help you to give proper attention to your work and also improve your productiveness📊.

As, when we are at our workplace, there are lot's of machines / equipments & latest technologies🖱️💻, that helps to do our work more simpler and faster. As when we are Working From Home, there will be scarcity of such amentities / resources, and you will have to improvise it. So stop complaining about want you don't have and try to use such amentities that are available at your homeplace.

As when we were working at our workplace, some/other Physical activity🏋️ or some type of body movements was been happening between our home to workplace & vice versa. But, as now we are Working From Home, not much Physical activity is taking place. 

So, if you are Working From Home, try to make sure that you are moving around🚶 or try to do some Physical activity which will help you to stay active & energize. Also, you may try " YOGA"🧘, as it will help you to be active and also improve your work quality.

As our offices are having a full determined time table🗓️ of working period, and we were obligated to follow such rules and timing's⌚. But, now due to this LOCKDOWN🔒 as we are Working From Home, we are not require to follow it. So, try to find out best working period for you,  where you feel most active and productive. By, doing this small action will help you to improve your work efficiency and will also lead to a better result.

As, when we are Working From Home, we are being Monotonous and steadily doing our work. As sitting at one place for long hours, as there will be lots of various thoughts💭 arising in your mind, as it will reduce your concentration from your work and may also declines your productiveness. So the BEST SOLUTION💡, for it will be 'MEDITATION🧘'. As it will help you to focus properly and also reduces anxiety or frustration, which will also lead to increase of productiveness and also improves your work efficiency. So do Try it ! ☑️

So, to epitomize it, that the duration of this PANDEMIC🌍 - CORONAVIRUS😷 & LOCKDOWN🔒 : is Uncertain. So, now most of the leading companies will be extending their Work-From-Home Policy for their employees / staff members. So, this time is your's and try to make most of this good time and develop a Work-From-Home pattern at your comfort of couch and also face interesting challenges which you never experienced and try to overcome on it.
