In today's world, most of the people are in understress due to their professional or personal life. There are various studies that show that how the problem of stress, anxiety & depression is becoming omnipresent and affecting majority of us. 
As from research 🔍, we have came to know that a higher percentage of working population in the various fields of behavior and emotions, are in understress type of conditions. And most of them are not even realizing it😑. So, we can also call it as a "Silent Epidemic" 🤫

       
 
One of the principal reason for change in work conditions in the near future is going to be, the advent of  'Artificial Intelligence' (AI). According to various studies📈, the works/ jobs in the near future will be very different from today due to AI. However, when the whole work is directed or guided by some one, then employees finds it comfortable in doing that work. But when the work given is quite tricky/complex or some creativeness and decision thinking flavor is required to get work done, then the employees gets insecure, fear or frustration and these all worries leads to stress. So, AI will be a major source of stress especially for those people who are not able to adapt time or does not try to re-skill themselves. 

7 Simple Ways to deal with stress at Workplace :

The very first step to reduce or get rid of stress is to become aware of stress. We have to recognise that are we are enjoying whatever we are doing or getting anxiety, fear 😨or boredom💤 at the time of working. As the famous author, Robin S. Sharma has told that " As Awareness precedes to Change ". So, becoming aware of stress it will lead to change & find some solution on it to live a happy work life. 💼

Develop an High Emotional Intelligence:
      
                                               
Emotional Intelligence is all about understanding emotions of yourself and others and to have a technique to handle it very carefully. As from various studies, we came to know that EQ plays an important role to live an successful & happy life. So, in stressful situations, the first step to work on EQ is to observe/see the feelings, body movements, level of frustration and thoughts during that period, without being judgemental about them. 

  Increase your strengths :              

As everyone has it's some strengths & weaknesses in his life. So, do not just focus on the type of weaknesses you have. The more we think on our weaknesses, the more are we trying to invite stress in our life. So, developing our strengths can lead us to a better work life. It will motivate us to do work effectively and also help us to think positive thoughts. 

Breath Consciously :            


Breathing is very simple and most proven technique to deal with stress. Breathing helps us to feel more better and confident and will help us to take active decision making,  develop creative and innovative mindset & also feel us +ve. Before handling some stressful situations, try to take few deep breaths, this will help to handle that situation very effectively and confidently. So, try this, it will always help you. 

Discover your Calling :     
           

Here, Discover your calling means to find your life purpose. While achieving your life purpose🏆, we enjoy doing our work and various activities related to it. Often, we are living someone else's dream and get caught into wrong type of job/work. Once we try to engage ourselves in our dream purpose or work we love to do, so the stress😥 will be removed automatically. 

Write a short Journal : 


As writing a short Journal📖, will help you a lot to get to know and understand your level of stress. When you face any stressful situations, try to jot down📝 some points in a small book/diary that how you feel, react, behave,etc. in that particular scenario. By doing this, it will help to know you how you deal with it and what mistake is been done and try to improve it in future areas. Daily practice of this technique, can help you to reduce stress and to live a happy work life.

Interact with your loved ones❤️: 


As keeping your mind busy, in something or other that you love to do, will not remind you about negative things happen, and you will start enjoying your work. As communicating/talking with your loved ones, will be the one of the best way to reduce stress. When interacting with your loved ones, you will not come to know what negative things happened in past, during that period of time. So, it will boost your confidence and create positve energy in your body to get ready to deal with future situations very effectively and positively.
